This video shows shaping kokuso using traditional, lacquer based kintsugi. Kokuso is a mixture of flour, water, lacquer and wood powder.  It is strong and easy to shape.  I am shaping it after applying it to an already reconstructed ear and horn on this figure.  I can’t get the shape I need so am applying extra material so get it.  I will need to again apply some more kokuso as the bottom of the ear is too high compared to the other side.
